Job description
As an Operations Specialist, you would be working within the International Operations team and in collaboration closely with the sales department and other departments, to ensure a high performance against our clients' requirements, as well as contributing to our open feedback culture to drive continuous improvement within the workplace.

HeavyFinance is a climate technology firm providing sustainable finance and investment solutions for agriculture.
To ensure a positive impact, our soil scientists and agronomists take soil samples and do sophisticated laboratory tests measuring the levels of CO2 removed from the atmosphere.
You will
Handle client’s documentation and notarial process in Poland
Perform various tasks related to loan origination: agreements, quality assurance, notarial visits, ad-hoc requests in a timely manner
Continuous analysis and initiation of system and process improvements/changes, received requirements, always prioritizing risks
Participation in operation process projects, contributing to the enhancement of operational efficiency, sharing knowledge and implementing best practices
Closely communicate and collaborate with team members and other departments

Job requirements
Accuracy, attentiveness to details, and eagerness to learn new things
Good practical knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word
Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken)
Experienced in notarial activities will be a plus
Team player with a "good vibe"
