Senior Financial Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in financial management and business development activities of HeavyFinance. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Create presentations and financial models targeting third-party audiences for collaboration or investment
• Actively participate in project management and business development initiatives, leveraging financial expertise to support strategic growth
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and identifying opportunities for cost rationalization, including 3rd party billing sanity-checks
• Prepare tailored managerial reports for internal and external stakeholders, providing insights, while continuously improving billing and reporting processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness
• Oversee month-end closing processes across 5 operational countries, ensuring quality assurance of billing files and financial reports
• Manage other projects related to financial reporting enhancements, process streamlining, and business development, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes

• Fluency in English and, ideally, Lithuanian languages

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis

• Proficiency in creating financial models, presentations or investment proposals, and reports for diverse audiences

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis

• Strong project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and driving initiatives forward

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
